John Grant and Daughters of Reykjavík to play Iceland Airwaves' 2021 Live From Reykjavík event
The team behind Iceland Airwaves have announced the second edition of their hybrid event Live From Reykjavík, which will include performances from John Grant, Daughters of Reykjavík and more.
Following the postponement of this year's Iceland Airwaves festival and success of 2020's Live From Reykjavík event, the hybird digital and in-person event will return to Reykjavík for one night in November.
16 shows are planned to take place across Reykjavík's Iðnó, Gamla Bío, Gaukurinn and Frikirkjan venues, featuring the likes of John Grant, Ásgeir, Daughters of Reykjavík, Laufey, GDRN, BSÍ, Aron Can and more. All the shows will host a small live audience, as well as being livestreamed on NovaTV.
