Fancy becoming the music publisher for Morrissey and The Smiths’ back-catalogue? Well, now you have the chance.
As Pitchfork notes, Moz and Marr’s 30 year-long deal with Warner-Chappell Music has expired, with offers now being welcomed from potential publishing companies. All you have to do is email contact ivoryenquiries@outlook.com, and presumably come up with a good enough pitch.
For all those not in the know, a publisher licences an artists work to be used commercial, such as in films or adverts. So who knows, you could be the reason Moz soundtracks the next series of Game Of Thrones...
