Jeff Rosenstock releases surprise record POST-, shares lead track "Yr Throat"
Jeff Rosenstock (Bomb The Music Industry!, Kudrow) has surprise released a new record called POST- and shared lead single "Yr Throat".
Written "in a double-wide trailer in the Catskill Mountain town of East Durham", the producer/songwriter's follow up to 2016's WORRY. features input from John Dedomenici, Mike Huguenor, Kevin Higuchi, and Dan Potthast. It was written in the days following US President Donald Trump's inauguration and recorded in one "86-hour marathon" session with Jack Shirley (Deafheaven) at Atomic Garden in East Palo Alto.
"2017 kinda felt like the year when we snuck in the back door," says Rosenstock. "We kept getting opportunities to do stuff - even though we take those opportunities to do stupid shit like say how much we made on stage."
