Neutral Milk Hotel’s Jeff Mangum is set to curated All Tomorrow’s Parties winter outing this year. As well as headlining the event, the venerable rock musician will be choosing around 40 acts to play across the three indoor stages from December 2 – 4 alongside the line-up announced so far:

Held at Butlins, Minehead tickets for this ATP go on sale on Friday 18.
