Janet Jackson confirms new album and tour in teaser video
Janet Jackson is making a full return this year, with new music and live dates set to be confirmed in the near future.
Jackson confirmed the new music, tour and 'movement' on Saturday - her 49th birthday - with a brief video of studio equipment. Other than "this year", there's no timeframe or other details about the promised projects.

When Jackson revealed the teaser clip, it was accompanied by the hashtag #ConversationsInACafe, leading some fans to believe that this would be the title to her first album since 2008. Stereogum has been reporting a rumoured released date of 7 July, but this is yet to be confirmed.
