J Mascis announces new solo album “Tied To A Star”

This week, J Mascis is sitting in with Fred Armisen’s 8G band on Late Night with Seth Meyers, and on last night’s show, Meyers announced that the Dinosaur Jr. frontman will be putting out a new solo album this summer, titled Tied To A Star.
As of yet, there’s not much by way of details to dish out, save for the title and a “summer” release via Sub Pop.
