Is Adele preparing to release a new album called 25?

It seems that Adele's got a new release on the way, and we can all thank Amazon Italy for letting that cat out of the bag.
Whether or not it's a) real, b) a new album, c) a deluxe repackaging of an old album, or d) some sort of greatest hits, remains to be seen.
Adele's last record, the moderately successful 21, came out in 2011.
