Iceland Airwaves adds Santigold, Mabel, Margaret Glaspy, and more
Santigold, Mabel, and Margaret Glaspy are among the new names for this year's phenomenal-looking Iceland Airwaves festival.
Esteemed label/collective Bedroom Community will also be celebrating their 10th anniversary with special shows at the fest. They'll be hosting a one-of-a-kind 'Whale Watching Tour' concert featuring the Iceland Symphony Orchestra, Valgeir Sigurðsson, Nico Muhly, Daníel Bjarnason, Sam Amidon, Ben Frost, and more. The whole roster will be taking to Harpa's stage on 3 November to perform "music tailored especially for the occasion"
PJ Harvey, Julia Holter, Lush, Torres, múm and Kronos Quartet, Samaris, Anna Meredith, Of Monsters And Men, and Warpaint are among the stellar names already confirmed for the fest.
Iceland Airwaves 2016 takes place across Reykjavík, Iceland on 2-6 November.
