Hope Tala delivers bossa nova-inspired single "Tiptoeing"
West London-based Hope Tala has unveiled new single "Tiptoeing", a bossa nova-inspired cut produced in collaboration with Greg Kurstin.
"Tiptoeing", produced in collaboration with the Grammy-winning Greg Kurstin (Adele, Halsey, Paul McCartney), is Hope Tala's first new release since appearing on Hauskey's "One Minute" single in July.
Hope Tala says of the new song that's accompanied by Loris Russier-directed video, ""Tiptoeing" is about the dance we do when we’re at the threshold of romance. It’s about treading carefully when you’re not quite sure what the other person is feeling, but desperately wanting to take a risk because you’re young and life is short."
As well as collaborating with Hauskey this year, Hope Tala followed up her 2020 project Girl Eats Sun with the Paul Epworth-produced "Mad" in June.
