Hop Farm had debts of around £4.8 million at the time they entered administration last year.
The Kent festival were forced to file for bankruptcy as they owed several creditors and artists large amount sums.
MusicWeek reveal that acts such as Suede, Primal Scream and even Bruce Forsyth remain unpaid.
The festival was owned by Vince Power, who also recently bought back Benicassim from its administrators.
