South London 19-year-old ETML has just done a spell with house legends Basement Jaxx on their new record, but that hasn’t stopped him working on his own music.
“Too Late” whomps and bounces with faintly jazz-twanged melodies and big mirror-ball leanings. Like Modjo or Spiller or other ‘00s nu-disco artists, there’s a smoothness available in the relentless boogie-bait. Oh, and his vocals are spectacular, far beyond his years.
