Harry Styles-starring film My Policeman gets 2022 release date
Michael Grandage's upcoming film My Policeman, which stars Harry Styles, has been given a 2022 release date, and the first images have also been revealed.
This afternoon (9 June) Amazon Prime Video revealed that My Policeman will be streaming worldwide in early November after a cinema release the month before. The film, directed by Michael Grandage, will star Harry Styles, Emma Corrin, David Dawson and more.
Vanity Fair have shared the first images of the film, which is set in a 1950s Brighton and will see Styles play policeman Tom Burgess. Emma Corrin will play a character called Marion, who Styles ends up marrying, and Dawson will play a museum curator called Patrick Hazelwood, who Styles has a secret relationship with despite living in a society where being gay is illegal.
The film is an adaptation of Bethan Roberts' 2012 novel of the same name.
As well as appearing in My Policeman, Styles will star in the Olivia Wilde-directed Don't Worry Darling film due out in September.
