Gwenno previews new album with fourth outing "Anima"
Gwenno has released a fourth preview of her Tresor album titled "Anima".
"Anima" is accompanied by an animated video by Tad Davies, and follows previous singles "Tresor", "Men An Toll" and "An Stevel Nowydh".
Speakinng about working with Davies on the video, Gwenno said, "Tad is not only an incredible musician (who I'm very lucky to have in my band) but is also a genius animator to boot. His animated interpretation of my song, "Anima", is a perfect companion to it, and allows me not to have to explain too much about what the song is about - a measure of a perfect collaboration!"
Tresor will follow Gwenno's 2018 album Le Kov, and was written in St. Ives, Cornwall before the pandemic in 2020, and completed in Cardiff during the pandemic with her co-producer Rhys Edwards.
