Liz Harris, aka Portland-based ambient singer Grouper, has revealed that she has collaborated on a new EP as part of a pop band side-project.
“I have been playing pop music with some friends and we made a 7″”, Harris told Gorilla vs. Bear. ”We’re playing under the name Helen.”
Helen comprises of Harris and friends Scott Simmons and Jed Bindeman, who have released the fuzzpop-sounding 2-track EP ‘Dying All The Time’/‘Felt This Way’ via Exiled Records.
