The Grammys has released the full list of rule changes for next year, including updates to its Album Of The Year award.
The Recording Academy changes follow the disbandment of the anonymous voting committees earlier this month, and will be implemented at the 64th Grammy Awards next year.
Among the amendments is to the Grammys' Album Of The Year award, which has now removed the 33% playing time rule for credited producers, songwriters and engineers, meaning all contributors are now eligible.
The percentage of "newly recorded music" needed for an album to be eligible has also increased from 50% to 75%, but according to the site, that rule change won't be implemented until the 65th grammys.
As Variety reports, one of the other positive rule changes is that Academy members and their publicists can no longer lobby for any recordings other than their own.
