Gilles Peterson's Worldwide Awards adds Neneh Cherry & more
Gilles Peterson’s annual Worldwide Awards has added more names to its upcoming bill.
The eighth instalment of the event will return to London’s Koko later this month, taking place on 19 January at the Camden venue, with The Invisible, Mala In Cuba and more already set to perform.
But now, it’s been announced that trip-hop Swede Neneh Cherry is among the final additions to the bill, performing live with London duo Rocketnumbernine.
Former Portico Quartet member Nick Mulvey is also scheduled to take part at the 6 Music presenter’s world music event.
