George Michael's eight favourite songs revealed a true lover of music, craft, fun and bangers
George Michael's Desert Island Disc choices were a tribute to some of pop music's greats.
Appearing on the BBC's Desert Island Discs back in 2007, the immensely talent singer and songwriter - who penned "Careless Whisper" at the age of 17 - chose eight songs that showed a man with impeccable music taste.
Michael, who passsed away this weekend at the age of 53, picked songs by Kanye West, Nirvana, the Pet Shop Boys, Gnarls Barkly, Goldfrapp, Roxy Music, Rufus Wainwright and Amy Winehouse for his choices, with Winehouse's "Love is a Losing Game" being his favourite.
