A special “Black Friday” edition of Record Store Day will take place later this month, with Flaming Lips part of the many acts releasing special limited-edition items for the occasion.
As well as their recent Peace Swords EP, Wayne Coyne and co will also be putting out their long-rumoured Stone Roses covers album. That’ll feature contributions from Poliça, Foxygen’s Jonathan Rado, Peaking Lights and more.
The band will also be releasing a “life-sized chocolate skull” with a brain “made with this brain fluid flavored hard-candy”, as well as a toy frog, come Black Friday (29 November).
