A first teaser trailer for Danny Boyle's upcoming Sex Pistols series Pistol has been released.

Pistol is a six-part limited FX series directed by Danny Boyle that's based on Steve Jones' 2017 memoir Lonely Boy: Tales From a Sex Pistol, and ahead of its release next month, a first teaser trailer has arrived.

The 40-second teaser shows Louis Partridge as Sid Vicious, Toby Wallace as Steve Jones, Anson Boon as Johnny Rotten, Christian Lees as Glen Matlock, Sydney Chandler as Chrissie Hynde, Maisie Williams as the late Jordan, and more.

Pistol will be available to stream on Hulu from 31 May.
