Feist is releasing a new album in April
It looks like the wait for a new Feist record will soon be over - new reports suggest she'll release the follow up to 2011's Metals in the coming months.
A new Huffington Post article - about Feist's "mission to collect... backpacks for HIV+ kids in Malawi" - has an intriguing titbit of info pointing to movements in Camp Feist: "Feist has been largely off the radar since the 2011 release of her award-winning album Metals and since the album’s subsequent tour came to a close the end of the following year. (Fans can expect her long-awaited follow-up in April...)"
The Canadian artist also shared the article as is, which - unless she's not read it - could be a confirmation of sorts.
A title has not yet been given, but some excited soul has edited Feist's Wikipedia page saying it'll be called Pleasure.
News of Feist's return isn't hugely surprising given she's got a few live plans lined up, including sets at Norway's Øya Festival (which also says the LP is out in April) and at Bon Iver's Eaux Claires in June.
