Father John Misty has released his first new single since the release of last year's I Love You, Honeybear.
"Real Love Baby" originally arrived as a one-off Soundcloud track because, in Misty's own words, "why not?". It's still not part of anything bigger, but it's been given a proper release now.
The song features guitars from Thomas Brenneck of the Budos Band, and has been officially mixed and mastered for a proper Sub Pop release.
Misty's been hella busy since the release of I Love You, Honeybear, and even though he's been touring his socks off most of the time, he's found time to collaborate with Beyoncé and write a nightmare-lullaby.
