Pixies, King Krule, Big Thief and Angel Olsen lead End of the Road's 2020 line-up
This year's End of the Road festival has announced 54 names for its 2020 edition, with Pixies, Bright Eyes, Angel Olsen and Little Simz among the line-up.
The legendary Pixies play the festival for the first time while Bright Eyes hit End of the Road for their first UK show in nine years. King Krule, Angel Olsen and Big Thief's shows mark their first UK festival headline appearances.
Among the other highlights are Little Simz - who topped Best Fit's 2020 album of the year list with GREY Area - alongside Aldous Harding, Tenesha The Wordsmith, Arlo Parks and The Comet is Coming. John Grant is set to make an appearance as part of electronic-folk supergroup Creep Show, with Stephen Mallinder from Cabaret Voltaire, Tunng’s Phil Winter and sometime John Foxx-foil Benge. Squid return to End of the Road once more after a stand-out set (and Best Fit secret session) last year.
