Elton John has made a new song for the upcoming Lion King soundtrack
The tracklist for the 2019 remake of The Lion King has been revealed, and features a new song from Elton John.
Elton John featured on the original 1994 soundtrack, and performed "Can You Feel The Love Tonight".
The new movie will instead see Beyoncé and Dolad Glover, aka Childish Gambino, take on the 90s hit with the help of Seth Rogen, Billy Eichner, and production from Pharrell.
John will contribute a new track to the remake called "Never Too Late", which is co-written with Tim Rice, and produced by Greg Kurstin.
Pharrell produces four tracks on the record. The soundtrack also includes scores by legendary composer Hans Zimmer.
