Ellie Goulding has won the British Female Solo Artist at this year’s Brit Awards.

Shortlisted alongside Birdy, Jessie J, Laura Marling and Laura Mvula, Goulding collected her award on stage this evening from Prince.

The Brit Awards are being broadcast live now on ITV.
