Elite Gymnastics' James Brooks releases EP under new name 'Dead Girlfriends'
Canadian musician James Brooks, known for his solo project as Elite Gymnastics, has released a new EP under his newly-adopted name of Dead Girlfriends.
Under the new moniker, Brooks has promised a more poppier, lyric-driven vibe. His 4-track EP, titled Stop Pretending is available to stream and buy over on Bandcamp, coming with artwork designed by Claire Boucher aka Grimes.

“claire did the drawing on the front cover and she wants me to make sure to tell you that her original drawing is much better than it appears to be on the cover because i drew over a photo of it and made it look squiggly i dunno it’s hard to explain but what she’s saying is true”
