Ed Miliband appears on Desert Island Discs, chooses A-ha, Robbie Williams & Neil Diamond
Labour leader Ed Miliband took to BBC’s long-running Desert Island Discs over the weekend and his choices for what records he’d like keeping him company whilst cast away certainly won’t reinvent him as a tastemaker.
Miliband’s appearance on the Radio 4 show followed that of fellow politicians David Cameron in 2006 and Tony Blair back in 1996. But unlike Cameron, who is known for his continuous attempts at indie credibility, Ed opted for the likes of A-ha, Robbie Williams and Neil Diamond.
Check out his selection beneath, as well as those chosen by both Blair and Cameron. Listen to the episode in full here.
