Drake to release five Nothing Was The Same outtakes
Prior to the release of Nothing Was The Same in September, Drake prepared fans for the record by dropping a handful of tracks that would eventually miss out a place on the final LP. Now, he’s about to do the same post-script.
Back in June, the Toronto man released the four tracks (“Versace”, “The Motion”, “Over Here”, “Jodeci”) and now he’s about to showcase five more.
Drake told Vibe: ” an EP, but maybe a blog thing like how I did ‘Versace,’ ‘The Motion,’ all those in one night. I’ll probably do ‘Trophies’ and three or four other records.” He goes on to say they’ll surface before the year’s end.
“Trophies” has already been previewed, with Drake playing it live on his Would You Like A Tour? live stretch. Check a recording of it below:
