Declan McKenna announces second album with lead single "Beautiful Faces"
Declan McKenna is back with details of his sophomore LP Zeros, as well as unveiling the lead single "Beautiful Faces".
"Beautiful Faces" is McKenna's first new offering since "British Bombs" landed in August 2019, and arrives with a trippy visual directed by Will Hooper.
McKenna says of the new single, "So I wanted it to be a big song... Scary big. It very much relates to now, but I wanted to reimagine social media in this future-sphere where it has become even more immersive so that we cannot see where it ends and we begin."
Zeros, McKenna's follow up to 2017's What Do You Think About The Car?, was recorded in Nashville with producer Jay Joyce, and mixed by Spike Stent.
The record will feature 10 tracks. "Beautiful Faces" is the only song title to be revealed from the album so far.
