Death Grips drop new album Niggas On The Moon, featuring Björk
Noise-rap duo Death Grips have returned with yet another surprise LP, this time dropping the first of a two-part installment called Niggas On The Moon.
The 8-track effort, which features Björk on all the songs, will be followed by another disk called Jenny Death. The two-part set will come out later this year on Harvest/Third Worlds Records as The Powers That B.
Björk has confirmed it is indeed her vocals on the album, taking to Facebook to write:
“i am proud to announce my vocals landed on the new death grips album ! i adore death grips and i am thrilled to be their “found object” ! i have been lucky enough to hang and exchange music loves w/ them and witness them grow !! epic : onwards !!”
