Death Grips album No Love Deep Web released on vinyl anonymously
Death Grips released their latest album No Love Deep Web for free last year under a Creative Commons license after they split from major label Epic Records. And somehow, it’s taken until now for the thing to get a bootleg release.
As Consequence of Sound report, the LP has been pressed on vinyl by an unknown source, with San Francisco-based manufacturers Pirate Press refusing to disclose the people behind the rather high-quality release.
Could it be from the noise-rap troupe themselves? Well, it does seem like a very Death Grips thing to do. Either way, you can download a recording of the vinyl here and purchase the thing online for up to $300.
UPDATE: Pitchfork are now reporting that a rep for the band has confirmed the release as being by the band themselves.
