Death Cab For Cutie in studio working on eighth album

Having closed the curtains on side-project The Postal Service’s recent reunion tour, Ben Gibbard is set to reunite with Death Cab For Cutie for a new album.
Taking to the band’s Instagram, Gibbard and co revealed that they’re holed up in the studio working on what will be their eighth full-length to date. The record is the group’s first since 2011′s Codes and Keys.
Death Cab’s most-loved LP, Transatlanticism turned 10 years old this year. Check out photos of the band back in the studio beneath:
