David Bowie celebrates 66th birthday with new album and single

David Bowie has announced he will release a surprise new album in 2013.

The legendary star will release his 30th studio effort, The Next Day, in March.

Ahead of this, however, Bowie has celebrated his 66th birthday with a new single – out now.
