David Bowie is reportedly neck-and-neck with Bon Jovi in the race for this week’s U.S number one album, what would be Bowie’s first in his entire career.
As unlikely as it may seem, Bowie has never achieved the feat in the U.S but this could all change as his comeback LP is projected to sell around 90,000 copies across the pond.
The legendary musician has only achieved a career-high of #3 (with Station To Station in 1976) while his last U.S Top 10 appearance came in 1983 with #4 album Let’s Dance.
The Next Day came out earlier this week, and is set to reach top spot in the UK also.
