Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl and producer Greg Kurstin have announced their Hanukkah Sessions cover series, which will see them release covers across the eight days of Hanukkah.
The Hanukkah Sessions was announced by Grohl and Kurstin last night (9 December), and saw them commit to releasing eight covers by eight different Jewish artists, with a fresh cover being released across the eight days of Hanukkah (10-18 December).
Grohl wrote of the project on Instagram, "With all the mishegas of 2020, Greg and I were kibbitzing about how we could make Hannukah extra-special this year. Festival of Lights?!? How about a festival of tasty LICKS!!! So hold on to your tuchuses because we’ve got something special coming for your shayna punims. L’chaim!!!!"
