Das Racist announce they split up two months ago

Das Racist have announced they broke up two months back, but had to keep the news under wraps.
The news comes after one of the group’s members, Heems, played a set at a Munich festival this weekend when the whole band had been book to perform.
Kool A.D posted the following tweet on Twitter:
for the record i quit das racist 2 months ago and was asked by our manager not to announce it yet. apparently @himanshu wanted to do it tho.

The Brooklyn hip-hop outfit released their first and only record, Relax, last year.
