Daphni, aka Caribou's Dan Snaith, unveils new offering "Tin"
Daphni, aka Dan Snaith of Caribou fame, releases long-awaited track "Tin", which is taken from the recently announced FABRICLIVE 93.
"Tin" has been making the rounds with Daphni for quite a stretch of time, so it must come as some relief that Snaith has finally bitten the bullet and put it out. There are hints of Caribou in the form of repeating melodic motifs whilst the trademark building euphoria is ever present. This is a track that has obviously has been changed and moulded an innumerable amount of times until it finally found a final shape and voice.
This release is nestled within Snaith’s FABRICLIVE 93 mix, comprising of no less than 23 unreleased Daphni tracks and edits. To accompany the release Daphni will play a five hour live set at Fabric alongside Mark Ernestus, Mall Grab, Ross From Friends, and Willow.
