Danny Elfman to play Tim Burton film scores on UK tour
Film composer and long-time Tim Burton collaborator, Danny Elfman is to set to take his upcoming Music From the Films of Tim Burton tour on the road later this year.
As previously announced, Elfman will make his first public vocal performance in 18 years at London’s Albert Hall during October. But now he’s announced a series of other dates around the country.
Following the London date will be additional outings in Leeds, Glasgow and Birmingham later in the month. Elfman will perform pieces from the scores of such films as Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Alice in Wonderland and more.
