Dan Deacon & more contribute to 37-track Miley Cyrus remix compilation
Miley Cyrus’ recent career U-turn of a single, ‘We Can’t Stop’, may have divided opinion, but that hasn’t meant there’s been a shortage of people trying their hand at remixing it.
While some have welcomed the singer’s new style, others have criticised Cyrus for everything from promoting drug use to appropriating racial stereotypes.
With the dust settling on the debate a little, a Twitter user by the name of Kyle Mabson helmed this 37-track compilation of ‘We Can’t Stop’ remixes, recruiting producers via the social network to join in for the project.
Among those taking part is Dan Deacon, whose contribution you can stream below. You can check out and download all the others over at Bandcamp.
