Daft Punk to premiere new single next week?
A French DJ has posted a clue online suggesting that Daft Punk’s new single, and the first track to be taken from their new album, will be aired next Monday (15 April).
Life Like, an associate of both Kitsuné and Ed Banger, tweeted the following message last night:
Good news, our french robots DaftPunk will premiere their new single next week on the french radio ‘Fun Radio’, i didnt say anything :)

He later retweeted another message that suggests the firm date to be Monday night. Sure, it’s not gospel but he seems to be friendly with Daft Punk producer Todd Edwards, while his official website claims that his music has been championed by Thomas Bangalter (aka one half of the electronic duo).
Daft Punk’s new album Random Access Memories will be released on 21 May, while Fun Radio’s website can be found here.
More news as it develops.
