Daft Punk 'Get Lucky' reaches 100 million streams on Spotify

Daft Punk’s ubiquitous summer hit, ‘Get Lucky’ has been streamed 100 million times on Spotify alone since its release back in April.
The Random Access Memories lead single surpassed the milestone earlier this week, with the Pharrell Williams and Nile Rodgers-featuring cut currently standing at around 104,000,000 plays.
As Music Week point out, the track’s video has alone been watched on Youtube over 111 million times. By way of comparison, the album’s next most popular song, ‘Instant Crush’ featuring Julian Casablancas is dwarfed with a play count of just 15 million.
