D Double E shares meditative snippet of new Rap Therapy episode
D Double E has shared a snippet of his guided sleep meditation from E4's newly-launched programme Rap Therapy.
Today (18 January), E4 released all five episodes of Rap Therapy - an animated online series that sees a selection of UK rappers and singers discuss mental health and techniques to improve their overall wellbeing.
D Double E has shared a snippet of his guided sleep meditation episode on social media, which shows an animated D Double E talking softly before introducing a Rude Kid-produced beat to accompany his breathing exercises.
He wrote alongside the clip on Instagram, "We all need it, don’t ever get it twisted. When you’re stressed, good sleep can be hard to come by, so let me take you through a meditation to help you get those all important zzz’s. #RapTherapy is on all4 now."
