Current Sugababes want to tour with Original Sugababes, Mutya Keisha Siobhan
With Mutya Keisha Siobhan recently saying in interview that they could have claimed the Sugababes trademark back if they wished to, the current line-up of the girl-group have come out and said that there’s no animosity between the two acts – even going as far as proposing a potential tour together.
Jade Ewan of the pop trio told Digital Spy “I would love to do a giant tour of all the Sugababes, old line-up and new line-up.” Continuing: ”That would be awesome, it would sell out. That’s easy for me to say, though, I don’t know how that would go down. But I’m definitely up for it.”
MKS recently told BBC News that there was “so much emphasis on ‘the name’” that they just “wanted it to be about us.”
They play their first show back together tonight (1 August) at London’s Scala.
