Curb Your Enthusiasm is coming back for another season

Larry David's cult comedy Curb Your Enthusiasm is returning after five years away, HBO confirms.

The network revealed that a ninth season of David's show will air, although it did not say when. The eighth season ended in 2011.

Casey Bloys, President of HBO programming, says: "We’re thrilled that Larry has decided to do a new season of CURB and can’t wait to see what he has planned."

David added: "In the immortal words of Julius Caesar, ‘I left, I did nothing, I returned.’"
