Crystal Castles' Ethan Kath responds to rape and abuse allegations
Crystal Castles' Ethan Kath - real name Claudio Palmieri - has responded to allegations of abuse and rape brought forward by former frontwoman Alice Glass.
Kath (pictured above left with new singer Edith Frances) was yesterday accused of physical, sexual, emotional, and psychological abuse spanning over a decade by his former bandmate.
"I am outraged and hurt by the recent statements made by Alice about me and our prior relationship," Kath told Pitchfork in a statement through his attorney. "Her story is pure fiction and I am consulting my lawyers as to my legal options. Fortunately, there are many witnesses who can and will confirm that I was never abusive to Alice."
