Crushed Beaks launch single at Old Blue Last tonight
Noisy scamps Crushed Beaks are set to launch their new single ‘Close-ups’ this evening (11 November) with a special gig at London’s Old Blue Last.
Yesterday we premiered their awesome accompanying vid to that track, a creepy little clip that would have been more suited to airing a few weeks ago on All Hallow’s Eve.
The single, which comes with B-side ‘Sun Dogs’, will be released on 21 November and was recently mastered at Abbey Road – which is kind of like Oneohtrix Point Never asking Diplo to remix one of his jams.
Crushed Beaks recently supported My Sad Captains at their TLOBF-promoted gig earlier this week. Tonight’s outing is a total freebie – no fee whatsoever need be paid to get your hand stamped.
