
Courtney Barnett shares interactive stem mixer tool for Things Take Time, Take Time tracks
As well as sharing the video for "Before You Gotta Go" today, Courtney Barnett has launched an interactive stem mixer site for the Things Take Time, Take Time tracks that have been released so far.
So far Barnett has released two singles from her upcoming third album Things Take Time, Take Time - "Before You Gotta Go" and "Rae Street".
On top of sharing the Claudia Sangiorgi Dalimore-directed video for "Before You Gotta Go" today (14 September), Barnett has launched an interactive site that allows fans to play around with the stems from her Things Take Time, Take Time tracks released so far.
The interactive stem mixer tool allows users to isolate, mute and mix instruments and vocal parts of the songs, and will be expanded by more tracks from the album when they're released.
Things Take Time, Take Time will follow 2018's Tell Me How You Really Feel album, and was written over the space of two years. Barnett recorded the album in late 2020 and early 2021 in Sydney, Northern New South Wales and Melbourne with producer/drummer Stella Mozgawa (Warpaint, Cate le Bon, Kurt Vile).
