CocoRosie's Bianca Casady announces new record Oscar Hocks with The C.i.A.
Bianca Casady, one half of CocoRosie, has announced new record Oscar Hocks with new band The C.i.A..
You can check out the video for first single "Poor Deal" now.
The C.i.A. comprises dancer Bino Sauitzvy, musicians Michal Skoda, Takuya Nakamura, Doug Wieselman, and visual artist/pianist J.M.Ruellan, and together with Casady, they're working on a new "musical-performance" project called Porno Thietor. Described as "introspective and intimate... which often crosses over into territories of ritual, nightmare and fantasy," the shows look to explore the "mechanical-theatrics of performing music".
Oscar Hocks is out 22 January on FANTASYMusic.
