City Lights Festival 2010: “A 5 Day Celebration of Emerging Music”
-
Lawrence Arabia
Four of London’s independent promoters have teamed up to create City Lights, a special festival celebrating emerging music in the capital. Taking place over five nights at London’s centrally-located Borderline, the festival will feature shows curated by Eat Your Own Ears, Rockfeedback, Communion and Platforms:live with each promoter showcasing some of the musicians they are currently most excited about. The fifth night is a TOP SECRET night with an entirely secret line up (expect some surprises).
Covering a wide range of genres, acts playing City Lights 2010 include Lawrence Arabia, Kill It Kid, Treetop Flyers, Pull In Emergency, Scoundrels, We Aeronauts and Babeshadow. More acts will be announced over the coming week.
All five nights are underage friendly with a 14+ age restriction. Tickets for each show are £6. A limited number of festival passes allowing entry for all five nights are on sale for £15.
Tickets and more details are available on the City Lights Festival website.
