Ex-Girls frontman Christopher Owens has previewed his new solo record in a special video trailer released online.
The San Fran musician, who played a duo of intimate London shows last week, spoke about the debut lone release, entitled Lysandre.
“I don’t know any album that does what this album does. The fact that it tells a story and runs into each other from song to song. It’s just dumb simple stuff that has a good heart and that is nice and means well.”
Lysandre comes out 15 January 2013 via Fat Possum and Turnstile.
