Christian Lee Hutson recruits Julia Jacklin, Fenne Lily and more for new covers EP
Christian Lee Hutson is back with The Version Suicides, Vol. 3 EP, which sees him team up with Julia Jacklin, Fenne Lily and more for the new covers.
The Version Suicides, Vol. 3 follows March's The Version Suicides, Vol. 2, and features three new covers that he recorded on an iPhone with contributions from Julia Jacklin, Fenne Lily and Al Menne of Great Grandpa.
Opening track "You're Still The One" is a cover of Shania Twain's original, and features Jacklin. The second song sees Lee Hutson team up with Fenne Lily to cover The La's "There She Goes", and the closer "I'm So Tired" is a Fugazi cover featuring Great Grandpa singer Al Menne.
On previous volumes of The Version Suicides, Lee Hutson covered songs by The Cure, Taylor Swift, ABBA, Bruce Springsteen and more.
